How do I set up two airport base stations using one cable internet connection?

I am looking to replace my wireless network (three linksys wireless routers, two of which are set up as internet access points, spread throughout my house all using one cable internet connection) with an Airport Time Capsule and an Airport Express base station. Is anyone familiar with how to do this?
