Can someone tell me what this means and if I need to do something?

"Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent" has been modified and will not be repaired"

A:

It's a normal status message and can be ignored. There are others that, depending on the version of Disk Utility, may also crop up.
