Q: my ipod is stuck on x-ray mode and i cant change it back and i dont have a slider black and white to go on or off!

my ipod screen is stuck on x-ray mode and i have no idea how it got that way and i dont know how to change it back.

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.2, about 1 year and half old
