There is no Office 2013 for Mac.
IF you buy office 365, you will still get Office 11 for mac, as they have not come out with a new version for mac
Sorry to say but Microsoft's updates you have to pay for. There is an alternitive and it is Open Office and it is (FREE) and is compatible with Microsoft.
