Congratulations on the purchase of your first iPhone! It sounds like you created a new Apple ID (which is an email address) and a password, but just can't access it from your iPhone, is that correct?
If so, all you need to do is to "sign out" of the iTunes Store on your iPhone and sign back in with the correct Apple ID. The article below will show you how:
