iPad Air and iPhone 5 dropping connection from bt infinity home hub 3.0

I get great download speeds on my devices, however whenever I download an app, stream a video(Netflix,4oD,YouTube) or do anything that requires a large amount of data to be downloaded, my connection will always drop.

The connection doesn't drop at specific times and if I want to rejoin, I have to do it manually by visiting settings. Something odd I have also noticed is that if I quickly open google chrome-with a website already on it-the wireless connection will connect automatically.


The only way I have found to prevent this is instead of full screening on the YouTube app, if I just stay at the minimised size, the connection doesn't drop...

I have searched all over the internet for a fix(changing channels, changing the security, changing the MHz) however this is my last hope.


I am grateful for any help or information, thanks in advance.
