Is 32 gb enough for an iPad?
Do you guys find 32 gb to be sufficient for iPad mini use?

Yes.
There is just too little space on the 16 GB versions of iDevices.
32 GB iDevces start off with 28 GBs of data storage.
Over double of a 16 GB iDevice. You should be fine with a 32 GB iPad Mini.
It's a matter of what you intend on doing with the iPad. A 16GB model is planty for my sister and mother who primarily use it for facetime, light gaming and browsing the internet. I travel 4-5 days a week with the iPad and want all my music and a selection of video files, I am constantly maxing out my 64GB iPad.
Buy the most memory you can afford. Memory can not be added to iPad post purchase. My first iPad was 16GB. It wasn't enough. My 2nd iPad was 32GB. It wasn't enough. My iPad Air is 64GB and it should be enough. It's expensive upgrading to a newer device because you didn't purchase enough memory to begin with.
Rbrylawski may I ask you if you own both the iPad air and iPad mini retina? I plan to get both which is why I was expecting between the two I would be fine with 32 on the mini.
Cuz I'm planning on going 128 on the air, so between 128 on the air, 64 on the phone, and 32 on the mini ( I'll be using iPad air most for the next year ) that 32 would be fairly good.
Just out of curiousity - why are you planning to buy both?
I honestly didn't know there were people who didn't buy both...
Based on what you intend and listed, I would stick to 64 GBs on the iPad Mini instead of the 32 GB model.

No, I only have iPad Air. I can't fathom why I would need both devices. I have iPhone and iPad. But if you do get both devices, wouldn't you want to be able to use the same content on both devices? You may find that you can't if you don't have the same memory on them both. I'm expreincing this between my iPhone and iPad. My iPhone is 32GB. My next iPhone will have 64GB, just like my iPad.
Am I the only guy here who buys both the mini and full sized every year?
I have seen plenty of people buy both. I have 128GB cellular Retina Mini and may buy a WiFi Air just to use around the house.
Yeah I also get the mini for leaving the house, my phone is for smoke breaks and my ipad is for work, around the house or for vacation type traveling.
Good for you.
Quit Smoking.
