I do not like the new layout of my iPad with iOS 7 can I uninstall it?
I really don't like the look of the new layout in IOS 7 on my iPad. Can I change it at all?

We'll thanks anyways. Is there anyway to change. The layout for safari and the home screen to look like the previous one? The overall look of safari seems more complicated and it's so bright I can't see anything. I don't see how this new look is at all any better.
It it's too bright, turn brightness down. Other than that, no, you can not change the layout. I suggest you get used to it. It's different, but once you get used to it, you'll actually like it. I do.
I normally do just try and adjust but who came up with putting light gray font on top of slightly darker gray tabs? I've got a bunch of problems with this new look and I'm not allowed to do anything about it? This is the only time I've ever really hated something an update did. I'm just frustrated because this is my absolute least favorite thing they have ever done and I'm not allowed to change anything! If this is how apple works I'm not going to update again.
I'm sorry you don't like it. But you can't change it. So if it's that disagreeable to you, maybe you should sell your device and get something else.
You could've done some Internet research online about iOS 7 and reviews before downloading and installing this iOS version. You then could've assessed whether or not you liked this version or not.
Better yet, you could' ve went to an Apple store and tried out an iDevice with iOS 7 to really see if you liked it or hated it before downloading and installing to your device.
Research goes a long way.

It looks is no way. Just take the above advices, try another device. I would recommend a LG G2 or a Google Nexus 5. You will be amazed how good other manufactures are now. For sure not as sleek as a Apple device (from design point of view are still the best) but screen quality and user interface are to be considered against the latest ios update.
