Q: I had my iphone unlocked after a long process with Rodgers said your phone has been sucessfully unlocked want to go with MTS have new sim card from them top says MTS but can not make calls or receive calls help

Ihad my ipone unlocked by rodgers got message saying iphone successfully unlocked have new carrier MTS and now cant make or receive calls

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.1
