MacBook Air Wireless Problem with Belkin N300 Wireless Router

I am having problems with my brand new MacBook Air 13.3 computer and my wireless router Belkin N300. For some reason the speed of the response it very slow. I am getting 3Mbps download and 1Mbps upload in a Windows laptop but I only get 0.1Mbps download and 0.8Mbps upload. Anyone knows the trick?

My wireless router is using

Wireless Channel = Auto

Extension Channel = 4

Wireless Mode = 802.11n

Bandwidth = 20/40 MHz

Protected Mode = Off

802.11e/WMM WoS = On

Bluetooth is off too.
