i was trying to open a software and it showed me this error? i installed java and i tried many way i can. but it did not work i need it very emergency. anyone can help me to get rid of this problem please?

which software were you trying to open? Which error did it show you? (That is, what is the exact text that it displayed?) Which version of Java did you install?
i installed http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572?viewlocale=en_US
this one. and i installed another latest one Java SE 7 from the oracle website.
and the software i was trying to open is from outside of apple providers. thats a personal software. please check the screen snap i added. please solve the problem if possible.

that link shows that “Java for OS X 2013-005” is for Lion and Mountain Lion, not for Mavericks. I hope that the one on the Oracle site supports Mavericks.

are you running Mavericks on your MacBook Pro? If not, which version of OS X is installed on it?
Does the personal software that you are trying to run under Java claim that it supports Mavericks? If not, which versions of OS X does it claim to support?
The java jre problem? please help me
