My ITunes keeps cancelling my sync to my IPhone 5s and I have tried everything!

I recently got a new IPhone 5s for christmas and before that I was using an IPod touch 5th generation. Obviously I wanted to get all my old data from my IPod to my new IPhone and the only problem it seems I have now is that when I try and sync my music from my ITunes to my IPhone it always cancels the sync. the music left on my iphone has a red circle with a dot which means it's downloading but it's not and ITunes says all my music is already on my iphone but clearly not. I recently updated my ITunes to 11.1.3 and I have an IOS 7.0.4 version on my IPhone. I've read that this problem is happening a lot and mainly due to the new IOS/ITunes updates? I have literally tried everything from rebooting my entire IPhone, backing it up via Mac AND ICloud, deleting and re-syncing all my songs and nothings working. I feel so lost with out my music please help!!

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4

I don't know about you, but I am pretty peeved about this and am looking more and more as Apple going down the tubes. This is the beginning of the end for these guys with this kind of problem and no one in the company doing anything about it. My friend has a Samsung and she had a glitch problem with it, they were falling all over themselves to make it right and then replaced the phone almost immediately when the softwear patches did not work. That my friends is customer service! Not like this place.....

I had teh exct same issue. I just spent 40 minutes on the phone with apple support and its now fixed. The problem I had was that 1 of my songs in the playlist I was trying to sync was corrupt. We solved it by manuelly managing music and selecting 50 songs at a time and adding it to your phone. During one of the selections the sync cancelled. we then took those 50 songs and tried to add just 25. We did that process till we found the corrupt song. Delete the corrupt song. delete the music from your phone and then try to re-add the songs you wanted all at once. It should work. And if it doesnt you may have more then one corrupt song.

So I've been reading a lot of threads and it seems a lot of people are having the same issue. Mine was unselecting all my music and then cancelling sync almost every time I try to get it back on there.

I noticed this start happening when I added a bunch of new music to my itunes library.

What I did that worked for me: I selected the songs that were in the sync window that seemed to be causing the problem, ( I ended up just selecting the WHOLE playlist) and selected CONVERT ID3 TAGS. It converted them all and they sync'ed back up to the iphone.

The same thing is happening to me now and it's just been since the update before last, it seems. And the strange thing is that it's only doing it to songs that are demo-versions (I'm a musician) that have no metadata or ISRC codes or anything. Songs in this format have been transferred in the past without any problems, but that's changed; they show up as ghost songs on my iPad mini (which is fully updated) and any playlist that has one of those ghost songs in it will not play, even if the rest of the songs are fine.

I think Apple needs to address this fast because I'm sure I'm not the only one receiving non-commercial Mp3s or .wav files and needs to use them in various forms on our devices!

My ITunes keeps cancelling my sync to my IPhone 5s and I have tried everything!
