while under pain meds after a dental implant yesterday i changed my passcode on my iphone 5s. ive tried and tried to think of my passcode(its a word).I can't.im so desperate.what can i do?i know its crazy,my son laughed at me,however im stuck.please help. thanks

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4, iphone is disabled help

Hey, meskipperz,

Once you have a passcode on your device, there's only 2 ways to remove it:

1. You need to know, and enter the passcode,

2. Restore the device to factory settings.

If you have an itunes, or icloud backup, you can restore from the backup after restoring the device as new to remove the passcode.

my only option was to do a complete restore.

lesson learned, never change your passcode while on pain meds.

a very dumb thing for me to do.thanks for your help.
