my iphone is disabled forever and my pc doesnot detect my iphone ?? help

i ma using an iphone 5 running on ios 7.0.4 and i recently forgot my password.

i tried wrong passwords many times and now it says "iPhone is disabled,connect to itunes"

when i connect my phone to itunes it says respond from your phone to continue, but i cant because my phone is disabled i dont

know what to do pleasee help i cant to any thing whit my phone right now 😟
