iPhone 5S device error 37 windows

Hoping someone can help:

My iPhone 5S is connecting to itunes and syncing fine however there is no prompt to upload
photos. When I check device manager (Windows 7), it shows Apple iPhone but has error message

"Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)"

I recently had a new hard drive installed however the tech copied over all my drivers (so he says).

Any help for an easy fix is appreciated 🙂

Crisis over - my sister helped me trouble shoot over the phone!

If anyone is interested, I uninstalled the driver (from device manager) then shutdown computer

but left iPhone connected. Once rebooted, I went back to device manager, actions, look

for new hardware and then the autoplay prompt appeared asking if I wanted to upload photos.

Woo hoo!
