iCloud back up

Question

iCloud back up

Hey I'm just wondering if I backup my photos and songs etc to iCloud. If my iphone gets restored or everything gets deleted will they still be on iCloud and be able to get them back, and can I back up apps?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4

That helps but I was wondering if I back it up on iCloud and my phone gets restored will I be able to get everything back

You will only get back what has been backed up in iCloud.
