"The song could not be created" tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning phone on and off and still doesn't work!

Hi, I've downloaded GarageBand and everything works fine apart from the fact when I press on any instrument to record something on it simply goes to a message saying "The song could not be created" then when I press okay it goes to buffer sign ontop of something saying click here to record however when I click anywhere on the page it doesn't do anything, and continues to buffer.

I've tried reinstalling the software, turning my phone on and off and it simply hasn't worked. If someone has any suggestions as to how to get this thing to work I'd be very grateful. Thanks!
