reaper in game purchasing

hi all i've tryed to upgrade my game but when i click on purchase my mac app store opened and ask me to verify my account with the secret questions and then the page of app store don't load my questions , how can i fix this?? i have a lot of money on my account with the itunes card so i don't think the problem was my money
