Jan 4, 2014 8:43 AM in response to Kjm1960by Sumesh_22,You can go through the images shown in the Apple Support KB and try the same way as shown in the diagram. You need to keep the Sim Eject Tool straight and then slightly press it in to get the Tray out. If you are still not able to eject the tray then as suggested by "Meg St._Clair" Take it back to the store where you bought it or the nearest Apple Store and do not try to forcefully open it.
