If that doesn't work, try deleting the account and then adding it back.

There appears to be a couple of issues. If your credit card on file expires it
appears the system renders your account not usable until you either delete the card
or update the record. I say this as I deleted my email account and reinstalled to no
avail, then I looked at the account itself and saw that my CC info had an alert,
I changed/updated it and then deleted and reinstalled and all works well.
