I rented a movie through  iTunes on my iPad.  The video would not start to play.  I tried restarting the download and then I got a message,"this video has already been rented but has not been downloaded. check the download manager."  I have spent several hours try ing to find the said' "download manager" and can not find anything like that.  I've logged in out and back into iTunes. I've restated my iPad several times logged in or logged out of iTunes with no change.  I've plugged into my Mac to see if I could transfer my rental to my computer with no luck.  What do I try now?
