hi my phone was stolen last night . can u track it? i believe i have iCloud on it.

nobody here can track it. apple couldn't even track it. only you can, and only if you have find my iPhone enabled, and location services turned on and an internet connection of some kind

Apple cannot and does not track phones. You have the ability to track your phone if you took the time to activate Find My iPhone on the device. If you activated it, then log into www.icloud.com and try to locate your phone. If you did not activate Find My iPhone, then there is no way to track it.
