iPhone trying to turn off by itself and takes pictures?

Hi everyone

My dad has an iphone 5s only had it a few months. For the past few weeks it keeps flashing by itself asking him to slide to power off and also randomly takes pictures by itself but doesn't save in the camera roll?!! I have tried a proper reset and a full restore but neither has solved the problem.
