Apple did not send me refund!!

What The... I saw this message from Apple cause i have a problem downloading MDC4 And double purchased here what apple said: Dear Cynthia,

I understand that your brother inadvertently purchased some apps from your iTunes Store account without your knowledge. I realize that you don't want to be charged for content that was not purchased intentionally. I'll be happy to make this right for you.


Cynthia, I have reviewed the circumstances of your case, and refunded the In-App purchase. In this case, issuing a refund is an appropriate exception to the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions, which state that all sales are final.


In five to seven business days, a credit of 4.97 USD should be posted to the credit card that appears on your receipt for that purchase.

Then its like 2 weeks now and they still did not send me refund so my credit card cant buy things i cant even download free game ahhh!! I im so mad i can break someone's neck i will miss out blitz brigade holiday sale 1 day left if i miss out the sale ill be disappointed And will not trust apple anymore ever!! I mean it I dont like bad commenters i prefered better and helpful commenters

If you haven't received the refund then you will need to contact iTunes Support again (and include your case number) - we are fellow users here on these forums, we can't resolve it for you.
