Q: I'm havibng trouble trying to locate all my videos and music on my itunes even the ones I purchased from the itunes store , all my content is showing an exclamation point in front of the songs or movies I have tried everything I am lost please help

I'm having trouble with my itunes account I cant find my purchased movies and music that I placed in my itunes there is an exclamation point in front of my library. I am confused and possible making the problem worse please help!

iPod classic 160GB (Late 2009), Windows Vista, not sure what system I am using
