iPhone 5 don't work, after prophylaxis battery (battery discharge to shutdown) I connect to macbook and saw indicatior charger (image of battary with red indicator) after few hour I can't turn the phone on. In the Itunes I saw messeg " imei iphone: undefined" I followed the prompts and restart the laptop and the phone does not see a laptop. What I must doing?

Well, since you do not say what computer OS you are using, there are both of the support documents regarding iTunes not recognizing the phone.

I don't know if this will help, but you might as well give it a try at this point. Try Recovery Mode in order to restore the phone. But since the phone will not turn on, I'm not sure that this will work. Give it a try and see,

Well you are certainly updated enough on the Mac and with iTunes. You said that the phone would not turn on after letting the battery totally drain, correct? Have you charged the phone? I mean left on the charger for hours to let it recharge.

Yes, I charged the phone within 10-12 hours by original charger and I tried charged by macbook - no results(
When you tried recovery mode, did you see any signs of the phone responding at all? Did the screen flicker, did the device power up but you didn't see the connect to iTunes screen? Did you see the battery symbol? Anything at all?
If you saw any signs of life, I'm wondering if you shouldn't try restoring on another computer.
Have you tried using another cable to connect the iPhone to the Mac?
