iPhone startup problems and wifi?

I have a iPhone 5S I bought recently and with the iO7, there were alot of problems on the lock screen, like whenever I turn on it says, "Password required before restarting" and I would enter in the passcode and it would just go to the start menu, or when I turn off and turn on back to the lock screen, it doesn't say slide to unlock anymore, it says nothing or "try again"

Also, the wifi problem with the software makes wifi harder to connect, because I would turn my iPhone off and in the morning turn it back on, and thats when the wifi connection problem starts happening, where I tried to do a soft reset or disconnecting in and out of my wifi but it wouldn't connect unless I turn on my laptop.
