Critique my Etrecheck report...Old Apps??

Getting ready to drop in an new SSD and replacing my old one. Before doing that, I wanted to go through and clean up the system so I could do a clone. I know that the best way is a fresh os build however my landlord lives in the dark agaes and downloading a fresh load is not in the cards. I am looking at the old apps and they are microsoft office 2011. I have checked for updates and there are none avaiable and I am wondering can I get rid of them or is this an eye sore that I have to be stuck with because office won't work without the old files.
