i rented movie and now have message that 'movie has been rented but not downloaded. go to downloads to manage your downloads'. cannot find any downloads on ipad - is there an icon? how do i go to downloads please?

In the iTunes Store, click on the bar at the bottom where it says purchased. Your movie should appear there.
I am having the same experience. In IOS 7, there is no more "downloads" tab or button. Under "Purchased", the rental does not show. H E L P...I am still waiting to download a rental movie to watch on a 4 hr flight (that I took yesterday) - lost enetertainment time!
