security question issues

i have tried to buy a song from the itunes store, i enter my password to confirm download it then tells me i have to sign in and answer my security questions which i have never come accross so their are no answers to my security questions, if i put what i would answer them as it tells me either one or both of my answers are incorrect, if i fail again it will lock my Apple ID what can i do to fix this?

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.3
