Aside from potentially needing to correct a few minor settings (screen resolution, system volume), not at all!

Thank you for all of your help! Unfortunately, HP says on their website:
"HP monitors are not supported in a Mac environment."
At least the HDMI-DVI adapter wasn't too expensive...
