Q: I was randomly disconnected from my WIFI and i went to the troubleshooting page, but that did not work and it won't let me chat with apple support. Please help.

I was recently disconnected from my WIFI and it wont even budge to turn it back on. I tried the troubleshooting and that did not work. Apple won't connect me to tech support and i could really use help. Please.
