Q: After clicking onto the App Store icon, the screen that appears reads as follows...Cancel Account Settings Then there is Country or Region. The U.S. is correct but I cannot tap on cancel or next which is at the bottom. I cannot get past this screen.
Does anyone know how to get past a frozen screen? The screen after tapping onto the App Store icon is frozen. I have pressed the cancel and the next but the screen is frozen. It does have the U.S. as the country but won't let me go forward.

Perform a Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
