Account Info

I have logged onto my AppleID fine as it is my email address, however I don't remember my security questions


So I send a request to remove them, however the email address it sends to is not my own (it is not the same as my AppleID)


How do you overcome this problem, as I am unable to purchase music without my security questions

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
