Error code 4403s

I turn on my mac, grey screen appears, with only a folder with a question mark, turned mac off, held option, and power button, Mac turned on, it asked to connect to wifi, did that, clicked on web restore, took about 15 mins, gave options for time machine restore, web restore, reinstall mountain lion xo and disk repair or restore, neither of them worked, went to top left corner, clicked on restart, same grey screen came up with ! in a triangle, with error code 4403f, does anyone know what this means. Please help
