The SN, ESN, & IMEI number will change, as the logic board is the main functioning component of an iPhone. However, the SN of the sim tray will no longer match the SN of the phone.

The answer to your question is yes.

If you change the motherboard in your phone, it becomes unsupportable. We can't help you. Apple does not sell iPhone parts and the iPhone is not user servicable.
