How to get my iPhone to sync with itunes after restoring mac

I recently installed a SSD in my MacBook and moved my old HDD to the optical bay. I did a clean install of Mavericks on the SSD and used Migration Assistant to get my system back. I also moved my home folder to the HDD in the optibay.

Here comes the problem: My iPhone don't "understand" that this is the same computer as before, so now iTunes says that I have to delete everything. Help?
