Upgrade Logic Express 8 to Logic Studio

Hi

I have Logic Express 8 (with serial key) and i bought Logic Studio Upgrade Version 1,0.

Do i need a new serial key because i find no key on the Studio Logic upgrade Box?

So can i use the serial key of my Logic Express 8.
