Broken WiFi and very poor support

Apparently like many people, my iPhone 4s has WiFi greyed out and no software fixes will fix it. The phone is 22 months old. Apple's only response is to go back to the retailer and quote "European Consumer Law." This is obviously a design fault in the phone and Apple should take responsibility for it. I am amazed and appalled by their reaction.

Luckily for me, I have a solution. My contract is up in a few weeks - Android here I come!

Good for you, but fellow users couldn't care less.

Be sure to purchase an use antivirus with that grossly insecure mobile operating system you'll be using.

And you won't have to worry about installing a software update since there won't be any. You'll be stuck with whatever OS version is pre-installed on the device.

And if you believe android devices never have hardware failures, dream on.

You are missing my point entirely. I completely accept all that you say about Android, but for a company to default to directing customers to the link below is to completely failure to accept responsibility for an issue that is quite obviously there's to rectify.

I am very surprised and disappointed that a company like Apple would stoop to this level and I guess that the only recourse that I have is to remove my custom from them.
