My wife has an ipad air and has set up her Outlook mail account on the ipad. She can receive and send mail from the ipad. How does she sync her outlook messages on her pc to the ipad ?? She opens her ipad device on itunes and ticks various boxes to select Outlook mail.....but when she tries to sync she receives error message saying application is open on ipad. Have tried every varioation of trying to close the application on her ipad but nothing works
