I upgraded to iphoto 11 and now I get an error message every time I open iphoto. I click on upgrade and repair and the library opens and pics seem intact but I get same error message when I close iphoto and open it again.

where is your iPhoto library located?

I am not sure how to find where the library is located. I believe they are stored somewhere in harddrive and time machine
By default it is in the pictures folder on your main hard drive - is it?

I believe it is under users>Admin>pictures>iphoto library
Back up your iPhoto library, Depress and hold the option (alt) and command keys and launch iPhoto - repair permissions
