Hulu Plus confirm subscription keeps popping up on Apple TV

I subscribed to HULU plus through the apple tv and when I went to use something else on the apple tv today the confirm subscription screen for Hulu plus keeps popping up. I've tried hitting cancel and subscribe and it just continues to pop up. I unplugged the device and let it sit for a few minutes and it continue to happen. Anyone know how to get this fixed?
