How to delete facebook messenger app ?

There`s no icon ,so the normal way by holding your finger on the icon won`t work guys , i see it only when i open facebook but i can`t use it because when i click on it nothing happens .Can you tell me how can i delete the messenger app without deleting facebook app ?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4

You have to go into settings general than usage than click on facebook messanger than click on delete.

thanks mate ! I found it and deleted it , do you know why i couldn`t use that app ? it was installed and wasn`t working..

Try redownloading it may work but if not im not sure
