I recently got a new Iphone as mine was playing up and I somehow interupted the icloud backup and my photos havent come across. Is there anyway I can get these photos back?

You mean you interrupted restoring the backup? If so, you could always try restoring the backup again.
How do I do that?! It's been a few days since won't it just restore to when it was last backed up which it does every day?! If not then how do I do that?! Sorry I haven't a clue!!
Just to clarify, you said that you got a new phone. Are you trying to restore the backup of your old phone to your new phone? Or are you trying to restore a backup of your new phone to your new phone?
