Help! I dropped my brand new iphone 5s in the sink

I immediatly put it in a bag of rice (this is at about 10). I let it sit in the rice until about 2. I pulled my phone out and it turned on and worked perfectly. Content, I placed it back in the bag of rice and fell asleep. I woke up this morning and took my phone out of the rice again and still it was working well. So thinking that it was good to go, I continued on with my life with my phone by myside. I noticed the battery was low (2%) ***note when phone was initailly dropped in the water it was at about 20%. So I plugged it into the charger. After 30 mins of being charged I opened an application and all of a sudden the screen glitched and my phone shut down completley. I have since then put it back in the bag of rice. Does my phone have a chance at survival?
