Q: Can´t share internet connection iphone 3gs macbook

This is my problem i can´t share my 3g connection of my iphone with my macbook, i called my operator tecnical support and they told me to actualize my iphone and itunes before trying it. But i do it and i can not share internet with USB and with bluetooth.

iPhone 3GS (8GB), iOS 6.1.3

Is tethering included with your carrier's data plan?

Yes, of course my carrier provides thetering. only thing i do not know is if the configuration file that they send you to automaticaly configure ypur iphone this feature is included or not. for the moment i have to contact again wiht my carrier to try to solve this trouble. so thank you for your answer. if i solve it with my carrier i will tell you. thank you again.
