Q: My Apple TV is frozen on the time and date setting and then it goes to the screen saver I tried changing the batteries on the remote and it still doesn't make a difference someone help

It can not connect to the internet to set it's internal clock. Need to look into the network issue blocking it.

Hi i ran into the same problem Ithoght it was the control, i changed the batteries the the control, and stil did not work, in the same connection (network and everything) i installed a new one and it worked perfectly, i can deduct the unit is nit working properly
