Iphone 5 no sim card installed HELP!

so lately my phone out of nowwhere just pops up and says no sim card installed

and it did this more than 20 times aday so i had to reboot my phone alot but im getting sick and tired of this and i need help

and yes the bill is paid and everything its just the phone
