my granddaughter purchased an item on itunes for €17.99 on 31st Dec 2013 for Temple Run without my knowledge she is 5 dont know how she did this as i have a password on it..is there any way i can get this back as i do not play the game anymore. Maria L

My 5 year old Granddaughter bought an upgrade for Temple Run on my Ipad on Wed 31st Dec 2013 how she did I dont know as i have a password on Apps. i want to know how to stop this charge as i dont use this app only the Grandchildren do ...but not anymore.........😠

The terms of sale is that all sales are final.

But sometimes people can get refunds

talk to Apple and see what they can do.


You may also want to look into restrictions and disable in app purchases, installing apps and you can also set it up so that the App Store requires your password immediately, which means you can't even install an update without entering your Apple ID.
