Q: my granddaughter purchased an item on itunes for €17.99 on 31st Dec 2013 for Temple Run without my knowledge she is 5 dont know how she did this as i have a password on it..is there any way i can get this back as i do not play the game anymore. Maria L

But sometimes people can get refunds

You may also want to look into restrictions and disable in app purchases, installing apps and you can also set it up so that the App Store requires your password immediately, which means you can't even install an update without entering your Apple ID.
