Someone hacked my iCloud account and put their email address in my iMessage

Someone hacked my iCloud account and put their email address in my iMessage..

They hacked it january 1st 7am and by the time i had woke my password had been changed and all my security questions i created a new icloud account but cant remove my old one off my phone as i dont know the password anymore to delete it..

All i can tell they are getting is any photos i take on the phone and imessages. I was able to delete the imessage email address without any passwords, and turn off icloud until i can delete the old icloud account.

My question is how can i remove the icloud account

Has anyone else experianced this?

Changing the password will prevent someone else from using your account/ID. It's best to do this use your security questions rather than by email, as shown in the first section here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5787 in case they can receive your email as well. If you need help with this, contact the Apple account security team: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699.
